As you begin setting up your account and building your campaigns on Go-Mailer, collaborating with team members and stakeholders is key to maximizing your impact and ensuring efficiency. That’s where user management comes in. With the user management feature, you can easily manage user permissions in Go-Mailer, create custom roles, invite your team members, and assign custom permissions.

User Roles in Go-Mailer
Go-Mailer now offers two options when assigning user roles:
- Pre-designed Roles – Quick-start templates with common permission sets (e.g., Admin, Campaign Manager, Viewer).
- Custom Roles – Fully configurable permission sets tailored to your workflow.
Go-Mailer provides 14 granular permissions, allowing you to define access to key features like campaign creation, subscriber management, billing, integrations, and more.
Note: The account owner is automatically assigned as the Super Administrator, and this role cannot be changed or reassigned.
To create and assign a user role:
- On your account, navigate to ‘user management’
- Go to ‘roles’ and select ‘+role’
- Give your role a title and assign custom permission levels for the role
- Hit the save button.
Inviting a User
After creating your custom roles, you can invite your team members. To invite a user,
- Navigate to ‘user management’ on your account
- Go to ‘team’ and click the +user button
- Fill in the form with the email address of the invitee and select the role you want to assign them to
- Send invitation.
Removing a User Access
As a super administrator, you can remove a user from your organization. To remove a user,
- Navigate to ‘Teams’
- Select the kebab menu (three vertical dots) on the user you want to remove
- Select ‘remove’.
Revoking an Invitation
To revoke a user invitation,
- Navigate to ‘Teams’
- Select the kebab menu on the user invitation you want to revoke
- Select ‘revoke’
